Brewing it
- Fully modified: single infusion at 148–156°F, done. Low end for a dry, crisp beer; high end for body.
- Unlike our intentionally under-modified Czech base (Bohemian Mesa), this one asks for no mash gymnastics.
- Designed as the workhorse: pair it with any of our specialty malts.
Styles it was built for
- American Pale Ale / IPA — 90–100% base; clean canvas for hops.
- West Coast Pils / Cold IPA — crisp and pale with enzymes to spare.
- Amber / Red Ale — base here, crystal malts on top.
- House beer anything — if the recipe says "2-row", this is the bag.
Genie 2-row barley, Arizona-grown, malted in Queen Creek.
