How it works
- Pick your malts below. Every product page carries the real lot analysis (CoA) or release band for what's in the bag right now — plus lot-specific brewing tips and recipe ideas grounded in the actual numbers.
- Buy online. Checkout right here on the site. Malt is packaged in 50-lb bags (5-lb bags coming soon). No minimum for homebrewers — one bag is a fine order.
- Pickup or delivery. Local pickup at the malthouse in Queen Creek is by appointment — we'll email you to schedule after you order. Local Valley delivery and shipping are arranged at confirmation.
